Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Our Pink Guarantee gives you a 30-day partial refund guarantee on Blue, Green, Blue Team, and Green Team plans. If you're not satisfied, we refund your subscription minus the cost of services you actually used during that period. Pink Team plans offer demo accounts instead so you can evaluate the platform before committing.
What happens when I exceed my report limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your plan's report limit — 100 for Blue, 200 for Green, 500 for Blue Team, and 1000 for Green Team. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Existing reports remain accessible regardless.
Can I add more users to a Team plan?
Absolutely. Blue Team includes up to 6 users and Green Team includes up to 20 users. Pink Team plans offer custom user counts tailored to your organization.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available with a 10% discount on all plans. Contact us or select annual billing during signup to take advantage of the savings.
