The entire process takes seconds, not hours. Here's what happens after you stop recording.
Recording Submitted
You stop the recording and submit it. The captured video and context data are sent to our AI engine for processing. For top results you can also provide 3-4 words of context in your mother language. You can also share an AI Report Link with your clients or end-users — they record the issue themselves and the report lands directly in your ticketing tool. Users are redirected from your app to Tentomushi for reporting and back to your app once done.
AI Analyzes the Incident
AI processes the recording frame by frame, identifying user actions, error states, page transitions, and anomalies. It builds a complete understanding of what happened.
Report Generated & Translated
A structured report is generated with all relevant details. If translation is configured, the report is automatically available in your team's preferred languages.
